Résumé : La tolérance, en droit administratif, se manifeste sous deux formes classiques : la tolérance administrative et la tolérance juridictionnelle. Dans le cadre de cette étude, nous avons choisi de réfléchir sur la tolérance administrative, qui pose plus de problèmes que la tolérance juridictionnelle. L’économie générale de cette contribution permet de dévoiler, en les analysant, les deux facettes de la tolérance administrative. En effet, il s’agit d’un concept qui est à la fois un influenceur et un révélateur. En tant qu’influenceur, la tolérance exerce, sur la société, une influence axiologique et une influence praxéologique. En tant que révélateur, elle fait deux révélations essentielles : la première est sociologique ; la seconde est juridique.

Abstract: In administrative law, tolerance manifests itself in two classic forms: administrative tolerance and jurisdictional tolerance. In this study, we have chosen to focus on administrative tolerance, which presents more challenges than jurisdictional tolerance. The overall structure of this contribution allows us to reveal, through analysis, the two facets of administrative tolerance. Indeed, it is a concept that is both an influencer and a revealer. As an influencer, tolerance exerts an axiological and a praxeological influence on society. As a revealer, she makes two essential revelations: the first is sociological; the second is legal.
