Résumé :

            La notion d’intérêt local est complexe. Nous l’avons conçue sur la base des critères géographique et fonctionnel comme un intérêt spécial voire spécifique en vue du bien commun des populations locales. Deux aspects complémentaires sont pris en compte dans cette contribution ; l’intérêt local est, d’une part, le lien de proximité qui est fondamental et démocratique ; et d’autre part, le leitmotiv d’action locale vecteur de développement et de gouvernance locale.

Abstract :

            Base on functional and geographic criteria, the notion of local interest being complex, refers to a special or ever specific interest for the general good of the local population. This study helps to analyse in two complementary directions; indeed, it is about a functional notion implying both the fundamental and democratic link and the local action that drives at local development and local governance.
